The BeamPines/Middlesex Master’s Program is for experienced line and human resource executives who want to elevate their coaching skills and knowledge. Features of this 16-month program are:

  • Fully accredited Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University
  • In-depth Master Coach supervision of each candidate
  • Hands-on coaching experience within the candidate’s organization
  • A Master’s thesis to demonstrate the ROI of a significant project in the candidate’s organization
  • Credit for prior learning from academic and work experience
  • Customization to fit executive’s busy schedule
  • Weekend workshops four times a year in New York City

Our program is a strategic partnership with Middlesex University, a recognized leader in work- based learning, and the Professional Development Foundation, a London-based consortium of experts in work-based learning and organizational research. The faculty includes Ph.D.s, Graduate Professors and Master Coaches with decades of experience coaching all levels of executives.

Graduates of this program are able to develop high-potential leaders for their organizations. They use their coaching skills to enhance the performance of others within their organization and model coaching for their colleagues.
