C-Prime is a comprehensive process that combines our core competencies into an integrated approach to Talent Acquisition. It incorporates the Human Capital principals of risk assessment, selection and development of potential into a process that adds value to traditional selection methods. C-Prime links Executive Search, Executive Assessment and Integration Coaching in order to deliver to our clients a higher quality search result for the traditional retained search fee (searches with cash compensation $300,000+). Key elements in a C-Prime search include a complete retained search process (research, passive candidate sourcing, face-to-face interviews by a senior search consultant, referencing, etc), pre-screening of candidates using the OPQ assessment instrument, comprehensive psychometric assessments of two finalist candidates by one of our PsyD/PhD Assessors to determine best “fit,” a Developmental Digest for the new hire, and an internal 360° review in month 5/6 that triggers the new hire’s Personal Development Plan for the next 12-18 months.
