Developing Context
Every assignment begins with a full clarification of management’s objectives so that the assessment can be tailored to the specific situation. We gather contextual information to ensure we thoroughly understand the organization and its culture, the specific responsibilities of the position and the style of the people with whom the candidate will interact.
Interviews
Each assessment includes an in-depth accomplishment-based interview with a BeamPines psychologist and, where appropriate, another firm Principal.
Questionnaires
We administer a battery of questionnaires which have proven highly valid and reliable in a wide range of organizations.
Feedback
At the conclusion of each assessment, management receives a comprehensive written report. Principal strengths and developmental needs are highlighted as well as suggestions regarding how best to manage the individual to maximize his or her effectiveness and performance. We write a digest of this report in situations where individuals will use the information to guide their development.
