Women's Leadership

Listening and responding to the needs of our clients, we identified five critical competencies that are most often cited in Growth and Development recommendations for women:

  • Emotional Competence,
  • Building and Managing Relationships,
  • Communications Skills,
  • Owning and Positioning Your Power, and
  • Executive Leadership and Presence.

Our work in Women's Leadership involves a custom Assessment package, feedback sessions and targeted skill building. In addition, we offer an optional experience on board the Tallship Unicorn, a 118' schooner and learning lab.
