The BeamPines 720° Profile® assesses how people are seen by their colleagues. Evaluations are made by selected raters on four core competencies that define effective executives:
Responses are averaged for each group of raters. Self-perceptions are easily compared with the perceptions of others, providing awareness of strengths as well as developmental opportunities. The 720° Profile® can also assist the individual and the organization in career and succession planning decisions.
If you have any questions or concerns at any point in this process please contact Brian Ash at (212)-476-4100 x229 or via e-mail at bash@beampines.com.
Please be as objective as possible in order to provide a balance of strengths and opportunities for development. Ratings are held in the strictest confidence and the consultants work to ensure constructive use of the feedback. Please set aside approximately 20-25 minutes to complete this Survey. You will not be able to save and return to a partially completed Survey. If you choose to change your answer to a question, simply click the rating that you would like to change it to. For example, if you accidentally rated someone 2 when you meant to click 4, simply click 4.
Rate this person from "1" to "5" for each item in the Survey. Please read each item carefully and consider the extent to which the participant displays the behavior described.
The rank of "1" indicates you feel a given item is NOT characteristic of this person.
The rank of "5" indicates that a given item is VERY characteristic of this person.
Please answer as many items as you can. However, if you feel a given item is not applicable, or if you feel you do not have enough knowledge of the individual to answer an item, then "skip" that item. Please do not rate the individual a "3" on such items. A good rule of thumb is to rate only those behaviors you have had the opportunity to observe over at least a three month period.
