BeamPines Extends Reach, Adds Fourth Senior-Level Consultant to Southeast region

New York, NY – October 7, 2008 – BeamPines, Inc., a global human resources consulting firm headquartered in New York City, is pleased to announce the addition to staff of Marilyn Ross of Charlotte, NC, as a Senior Vice President.

According to BeamPines CEO Jay Santamaria, “Marilyn brings important additions to the firm’s array of Human Resource offerings including organizational development, learning and development, diversity, inclusion and multicultural awareness, executive coaching, career transition, mentoring and psychological assessment.” Santamaria adds, “We’re excited about Marilyn joining the firm and look forward to tremendous contributions from her to add to our nearly 30 years of brand success.”

Marilyn’s focus will be on expanding the firm’s presence in the Southeast, as well as globally. She has an extensive background in working in Europe, the Far East and South America. Her experience includes leadership positions with Wachovia, JP Morgan Chase and American Broadcasting Companies (ABC). She has had her own firm dedicated to the writing and publishing of creative novels. She is awaiting the completion of her thesis which will provide her with a master’s degree in organizational development from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara California.

Marilyn has held board leadership positions with the Arc of Mecklenburg County, a United Way Agency, and a member of the Carolinas Organizational Development Network and the International Coaching Federation. She also serves as a marketing committee member of the McColl School for Visual Arts.
