BeamPines Extends Reach in Mid-Atlantic, Far East with Senior-Level Addition to Consulting Team

New York, NY – September 30, 2008 – BeamPines, Inc., a global human resources consulting firm headquartered in New York City, is pleased to announce the addition to staff of Dr. R. William (Bill) Holland of Williamsburg, Virginia, as a Senior Vice President.

According to BeamPines CEO Jay Santamaria, “Bill adds important depth to our already existing offerings which focus on return on human capital including executive coaching, women’s leadership, career transition, leadership development and strategic HR consulting.” Santamaria adds, “We have been familiar with Bill’s work for a number of years and are excited to have him as a part of our growing family. He brings significant international experience and we are looking forward to him helping expand our presence in Washington, DC, region and the Far East.”

Bill will concentrate on expanding the BeamPines footprint in the mid-Atlantic and the Far East. He previously served as a regional GM with a similar HR consulting firm, Right Management, and held executive positions with such organizations as the University of Pennsylvania and Meridian Bank. In addition, he served as Chief Human Resources officer for Accenture’s 200 outsourcing engagements world wide, a $4Billion business on 5 continents. He is the recipient of the distinguished Excellence-in-Teaching Award from Michigan State University and author of several publications including Are There Any Good Jobs Left: Career Management in the Age of the Disposable Worker (Praeger, 2006). Bill has also been recognized and widely acclaimed for his work with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce as the founding principal for workforce excellence awards to companies that demonstrate leadership in sponsoring innovative people programs that enhance return on human capital.

Bill is currently Board Chair for United Professionals, a white collar advocacy group founded in conjunction with Barbara Ehrenreich.
