Peter has spent a career listening, understanding and consulting with major organizations as they searched for human capital, employee benefit and logistical solutions to assist their organizations, their employees and their customers. Peter brings these same characteristics to his work with individuals, effectively helping each person understand the many opportunities that lie ahead and moving them forward successfully. It is a philosophy that has served Peter well throughout his career as he has worked with major industry-leading organizations in the human capital consulting field, as well as WebMD, AdvancePCS, Medco Containment Services, Merck-Medco Managed Care, Thrift Drug and United States Lines.
Peter’s wealth of experience in mentoring, pioneering, introducing, revitalizing and launching will help BeamPines as he champions new initiatives such as CTC Online™, a virtual coaching program providing individuals the value of in-depth career coaching with the convenience of e-learning. CTC Online™ is unique in the career transition industry as it effectively blends two key components of a successful transition: technology and coaching, a core competency of BeamPines. Additionally, Peter has developed a “career launch” program for new and recent college graduates, the result of his extensive research and conversations with students, colleagues, college career officers, and associations, as well as his own experience as a parent. Peter will leverage this knowledge and further develop BeamPines’ Next Step Prep program.
Peter graduated from St. Peter’s Prep (Jersey City, NJ) and received his BS degree in Accounting from Providence College (Providence, RI). Peter has two daughters and lives with his wife, Jeanne Pare’, MD, in Mendham, New Jersey. He can oftentimes be found cheering-on his daughter as she plays youth soccer and softball, as well as his wife, as she competes in road races. He is an avid fan of the New Jersey Nets and recently completed a one-year term on the Nets inaugural Fan Advisory Board.
