Monica has worked as a leadership consultant and executive coach for over ten years. She empowers clients towards personal and leadership development through customized leadership training programs coupled with 360-degree assessment suites and a battery of psychological instruments. Her coaching helps clients achieve a higher level of self-awareness, personal and leadership development and team performance.
Monica is passionate about coaching. Her coaching style involves one-on-one as well as a proven three-way approach revolving around the coach, the executive being coached, and the executive's organization. She brings a particular expertise in working with management executives and senior leaders in high profile multinationals organizations, civil and government services. She is instrumental in aligning and unleashing the collective potential of their leadership teams to achieve business and organizational objectives. She helps to build high performing teams and specializes in cultural integration for individuals who are transitioning into a new team or organization.
Her key areas of expertise include executive coaching, performance coaching, leadership development and team coaching facilitation. Monica has coached individuals and teams in Singapore and Asia Pacific Regions in a variety of industries including Aviation, Civil Service, Financial (banking and non-banking), Government Service, Legal, Leisure and Hospitality, Manufacturing, Military, Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, Transportation and Telecommunications.
Monica has also served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Asia. In addition, she maintains an affiliation with the Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) in the UK addressing leadership development for high potentials identified by corporate clients.
Monica has a Master in Counseling with Monash University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Science (2nd Class Upper Honors) in Business and Management with University of Bradford (U.K.). She lives in Singapore and travels throughout Asia as needed.
