Michael has over 20 years experience in counseling, developing and training executives in line and staff functions. He has held senior Human Resources positions in corporations doing business in Food/Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Aerospace, Defense and Transportation. He has experience with domestic and international organizations.

Mike joined BeamPines from Cadbury-Schweppes, Inc., where he was Vice President, Human Resources for the Confectionery Division in both the U.S. and Canada. In this generalist role, he directed the significant restructuring of the division, restoring sales and profit growth. Before Cadbury, he was Corporate Director, Human Resources Development for ABEX Corporation, a subsidiary of IC Industries, where he directed worldwide development activities for 25 strategic business units. While there, he also implemented a corporate-wide program for productivity and quality improvement. His earlier experiences in both line management, as well as human resources at Cooper Laboratories and Sterling Drug, have enabled Mike to provide pragmatic counsel to executives in transition.

In discussing his approach to Executive Outplacement, Mike believes: Our role is not merely helping an individual find another job. Moreover, our mission is to assist the executive in finding the right career opportunity in an environment and culture where he or she can contribute, succeed and be fulfilled. A number of senior executives have indeed successfully made a dramatic change in their career path, assisted by Mr. Keosky's guidance and expertise.

He is a past Director of the National Society of Sales Training Executives, President of the New York Chapter; member of the Human Resources Planning Society; ASTD and Institute of Management Consultants. In addition, Mike is a founding member of the Hartford chapter of the International Association of Career Management Professionals, having served as Program Chairman. He is also a founder and Director of AGORA, the Forum for Workplace Ethics and Economic Justice, and has served as President and a Board member of Trustees of the Litchfield Performing Arts, producer of the Litchfield Jazzfest.

Mike received his B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport.
