Jeremy brings an in-depth understanding of how people function to our assessment, career management and executive coaching services. He is a skilled assessor and developer of talent and emphasizes promoting self-awareness in order to maximize growth. Thus, he coaches candidates to develop personal insights, which become the foundation for skill enhancement. He specializes in effecting change in the areas of relationship management, emotional intelligence, communication and leadership.
As a psychologist, Jeremy is committed to developing people and enabling them to achieve qualitative and measurable gains as professionals. He values building trusting and collaborative partnerships with clients in order for learning to take hold. Facilitating a process of discovery, he explores personal and contextual factors driving behavior. By offering both support and direction, he encourages executives to apply these discoveries in an effort to redefine themselves and adopt new approaches.
Prior to joining BeamPines, Jeremy facilitated individual, team and organizational development with Delta Consultants, a Philadelphia-based HR consulting firm. In addition to individually focused assessment, coaching and career guidance, he designed and implemented team and organizational change projects through the use of culture analyses and multi-rater feedback programs. He conducted workshops (e.g., on accountability and stress management) and process facilitations to heighten employee cohesion and effectiveness.
Complementing his consultative approach, Jeremy has additional experience counseling individuals, families and couples in hospitals and mental health centers (including Hahnemann University Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital and Widener University Student and Community Counseling Center).
Jeremy earned a BA from Villanova University in Psychology with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He holds an MA and Doctorate in Psychology from Widener University. He received special training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Jeremy is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
