Our Team

We believe in people and help them build and manage their careers - to see beyond where they are now. Everyone knows that a successful company is made up of talented people and we have some great ones, so in 480 words here's a glimpse at us ...

We are a team who believes in strong relationships built on support, value and trust.

We have more than 500 years experience and we come from diverse professional backgrounds having worked at major organizations including Nabisco, Bankers Trust, Havas, Avon, Meridian, Colonial Penn, Prudential, Chase, CoreStates, Goodrich and Citibank.

We have had a variety of titles such as CEO, Teacher, Doctor, VP of HR, People Manager, EVP, Plant Personnel Manager, President, Professional Student, and one of our favorites - Mom.

We have at least 26 degrees in varied areas including Political Science, Psychology, History, Organizational Development, International Studies, the Classics, Anthropology, Counseling and Business Management.

We have published articles in "The Wall Street Journal," "U.S. News & World Report," SHRM's "The Metro Beat," "Human Rights Quarterly," and "The American Management Magazine." We have done a study on the psychological profile of hard-core soccer fans in Europe, the translation of a manual on the art of oil drilling, and written three plays and a screenplay.

Among us there are gourmet cooks, a baker in pursuit of the perfect brownie, sports enthusiasts, an Amazon and a Serengeti explorer, scuba divers, a very modest world class photographer, a belly dancer, and let's not forget the sports writer.

One of our people refit the hull of a WWII sub chaser as a classic tall ship that sails the Great Lakes. Another played the violin at weddings with Dad. There is a former iron worker who worked on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, a botanist who would like to invent a rose, an heiress to a rare ancient book collection, and a carpenter working on renovating an old church into an art studio. Still another would love to be on Broadway - even though she admits she can't sing!

Our folks volunteer for organizations to help inner-city unemployed, emergency shelters, a crisis hotline, Easter Seals, the American Cancer Society, the United Jewish Appeal, and the March of Dimes.

We are a multi-lingual and diverse group of people. We have lived and worked throughout the US, UK, Canada, Italy, Ireland, France, Germany, Hungary, Hong Kong, Brazil, Peru, Italy, Belgium, Australia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Barbados and Antigua.

Our people have dreams of owning a West Indian restaurant, a catering business, and a baseball team; being a solo violinist with the NY Philharmonic, and sailing the eastern coast of Madagascar.

You could say we are a fascinating collection of characters, with personalities and values that permeate our work and resonate loud and strong for our clients. We like each other, we care about what we do and we love helping our clients.
