But, we see beyond to understand our business in terms of the relationships we build with our clients - basing relationships on support, added value and trust.
We think of a relationship as a three-legged stool. When all three legs are intact, the stool is solid and is capable of supporting a heavy load. If, however, a leg is missing, the stool tips over. Strong relationships, like the stool, can support a lot of pressure. Relationships have to bear the pressure of overcoming obstacles and achieving difficult objectives.
The three legs of strong relationships are Support, Value and Trust:
- Support
- We provide support by addressing your concerns and perceived risks. Once we understand what your concerns are, we can develop alternative approaches to reduce those fears. We also provide support by understanding and meeting your communication needs.
- Value
- It is important that “value” is defined by clients. We add value by helping you achieve your goals. We also add value when providing a benefit and/or skill not otherwise readily available.
- Trust
- We build trust by meeting your expectations in regard to commitments, delivering results, telling the truth and acting consistently with what we say.
