With respect to helping organizations extend the benefits of coaching more broadly, we also offer our clients a certification course in Advanced Coaching Skills. This course trains your internal HR professionals in the field, better preparing them to identify and provide quality internal coaching and programming for your organization. This certification concept evolved from our BeamPines/Middlesex University Master’s Program in Executive Coaching, the only program of its kind available in the US. Graduates of this 18-month program receive a fully accredited Master’s Degree from London’s Middlesex University, winner of three Queens Awards for Excellence.
